This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with Ready Reputation, available at readyreputation.com ("the Platform"). Ready Reputation is a service of Brooklyn Beach Design LLC ("we," "our," "us"). We are committed to complying with all applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of personal information:

  • Account information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, and login credentials when you sign up for the Platform.
  • Billing information: Payment details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers.
  • Business profile data: Google Business Profile information, review platform credentials, and business details you provide.
  • Review and response data: Customer reviews collected from connected platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) and AI-generated responses posted on your behalf.
  • Customer contact data: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of your customers that you upload for review request campaigns.
  • Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and platform activity logs.
  • Communications: Emails or messages you send to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide and operate the Platform, including review aggregation, AI-generated responses, campaign management, analytics, and improvement-goal reporting.
  • To send email, SMS, or WhatsApp communications on your behalf, including review request campaigns, account notifications, customer care messages, and, where consent has been obtained, promotional communications.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To display genuine public reviews on your website via embeddable widgets and help prepare social proof content where included in your service package.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
  • To improve the Platform and develop new features.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Artificial Intelligence

The Platform uses AI to automatically generate responses for supported review channels and to draft suggested replies where direct posting is not supported. AI may also assist with social proof content where included in your service package.

AI-generated content is based on parameters you configure — including tone, length, and business details. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing any AI-generated content before it is published where manual review is applicable. We are not liable for any damages arising from AI-generated content posted automatically under the parameters you set.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform, including hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Connected platforms: When you connect accounts such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, or Yelp, data is exchanged with those platforms in accordance with their own privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Your Rights — California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:

  • Right to know: You may request details about the categories and specific personal data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and any third parties with whom we share it.
  • Right to delete: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions required by law.

All payment data is processed through Stripe and is never stored on our servers. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform services. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for up to 90 days before deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.

9. Cookies

The Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain session state and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect certain Platform features.

10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites including Google, Facebook, Yelp, and others. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
